Please note that seating in our sanctuary and overflow areas are sold out. The first 500 registrants have priority to sit inside our sanctuary where the event will be live. If you were not one of the first 500 registrants, we have overflow areas in the Fellowship Hall and throughout our church, including the outdoor side patio where you can watch the conference on televisions.

Women’s Conference Details:
The conference begins with worship and teaching on Friday 7pm to 9pm, and continues Saturday 9am to 3pm with more worship and teaching.
Check-in begins Friday at 4pm.
Annual Vintage Market:
Come EARLY on Friday for our Vintage Market and support the small businesses of women in our fellowship: Friday 3pm to 7pm, Saturday 3pm. You’ll find handcrafted jewelry, art, home decor and much more.
Cost: $30 per person includes lunch. Must be 13 and older to attend.
Lunch: A turkey or roast beef sandwich, or gluten-free vegan wrap, salad, dessert and bottled water. Seating will be available outdoors.
Seating: There is priority seating in the sanctuary where the event will be live for the first 500 women who register for the conference. Because our sanctuary is not able to accommodate more, we will have overflow seating in our Fellowship Hall and other rooms. You may also sit on our outdoor patio.

Cancelled guest rooms are subject to a non-refundable one night’s room and tax fee if cancelled within 72 hours of arrival. Changing the arrival date to a future date, within the 72 hours, will be subject to a non-refundable one night’s room and tax fee. Changing the departure date to an earlier date, within the 72 hours, will be subject to a non-refundable one night’s room and tax fee.
The hotel is a valet only property with no in and out access for daily guests. Overnight guests get unlimited in and out privileges. Parking rates are $45.00 per vehicle per day, and all parking rates will be paid for by the individual unless otherwise noted.

OTHER DETAILS ABOUT THE WOMEN’S CONFERENCE
No Childcare. Info for Nursing Moms: Many of our Children's Ministry workers and volunteers will be attending the event, so childcare will not available. We want this event to minister to you, so we ask that you leave children and babies at home. If you are a nursing mom and are not able to leave children with a babysitter, the nursery will be available for you to be with your nursing baby and watch the teachings. Please no children in the sanctuary.
Coffee/Breakfast? We will have regular coffee and tea on Saturday morning, but we won't be serving breakfast so be sure to eat before you arrive. You can bring bottled water only into the sanctuary.
Parking: Please note that parking on the street has a maximum of 5 hours. Our Parking Ministry volunteers will guide you for parking. Give yourself enough time to get parking, check-in and find a seat. We also recommend carpooling, if possible.
Illness: If you or a family member in your household has any symptoms of illness, or are uncomfortable and have a concern of becoming ill, we ask that you please stay home. We will release a recording of our teachings online a few days after the event for those who cannot make it in person. We will not be taking temperatures before entering the event, and you will find hand sanitizing stations throughout the church. We clean and sanitize the church regularly to ensure that all contact areas, classrooms and meeting areas are virus-free. All disinfecting solutions are non-toxic and safe. The sanctuary will be set up as normal and masks are optional. We will have limited seating with seats spaced apart in the fellowship hall and on the side patio.
