Calvary Women’s Annual Christmas Dinner 2022

Hi ladies,

We are so excited to invite you to our Annual Women’s Christmas Dinner this year! Enjoy a night celebrating the birth of Jesus with friends! We’ll have a 3-course dinner served by the men in our church, sing Christmas songs with the Calvary Worship Team and Pastor John, and hear a Christmas message to prepare our hearts for the season. We’ll also be hosting the Merry Market so you can browse and buy gifts made by women in our own fellowship. This celebration is always a wonderful way to start off the Christmas season and to remind us that Jesus is the reason for the season. We hope you’ll join us this year! God bless you.

Ticket sales open on Tuesday, November 15 at 7PM.

Every year, this event SELLS OUT IN MINUTES and we are hosting 2 dinners this year! We are expecting each evening to sell out quickly again, so be sure to put November 15, 7PM in your calendar and set a reminder to purchase your ticket online. Also, please purchase only the number of tickets that you need so others can have an opportunity to attend.

CHRISTMAS DINNER DATES
Thursday, December 8 at 6PM - 9PM
Friday, December 9 at 6PM - 9PM

LOCATION: Calvary South OC, 1311 Calle Batido, San Clemente, CA 92673

COST: $45 per person, 1 evening.

HOW TO BUY A TICKET:
When: Tuesday, November 15 at 7PM.
Where: Tickets are available to purchase online only.

If you purchase multiple tickets in one transaction, your seats will be together at a table. A full table is 9, and you can purchase up to 9 tickets in one transaction. But remember, tickets are non-refundable so be sure to make arrangements with your guests ahead of time. If you and a friend purchase separate tickets, let us know when you pick up your tickets if you would like to sit together and we will reserve your seats at the same table, if we can.

You will receive a confirmation email when you have purchased a ticket. If you don’t receive an email, contact us at women@calvarysouthoc.com.

We will email you when your ticket is ready for pick-up at church.

Tickets are non-refundable. Must be female and13 years or older to attend. No childcare is available, so we ask that children be left at home with a caregiver.

Tips for buying your ticket:
Know if you want tickets for Thursday or Friday tonight before you visit the ticket website. Be ready to purchase tickets with your credit card at calvarywomen.net at 7PM on Tuesday, November 15. If you are bringing a friend or family member, know ahead of time if they require a vegan gluten-free dinner. This cannot be changed afterwards.

DINNER
Enjoy a delicious dinner including a salad and dessert! The main entree is Roasted Chicken with potatoes and vegetables. There is also a vegan, gluten-free entree available (Cauliflower Steak with roasted vegetables), which you can select when you register. Coffee, tea and water will also be served. MERRY MARKET
God gifted so many of our Calvary Women with creativity and artistry. We’re so pleased to be able to host a super fun market at church to support their small businesses. We encourage you to visit our Merry Market before dinner and purchase beautiful gifts for Christmas or for yourself. The Merry Market will be open on Thursday, December 8 and Friday, December 9 at 4-6 p.m. and after dinner.

CHECK IN
Doors for our banquet room open at 5:30 p.m. on the night of your dinner. Please have your ticket ready. The dinner event begins at 6:00 p.m. Every guest attending must have a ticket to enter.

FAQS:

Will there be childcare at this event?
No, we are sorry. The women who work in our nursery and Children’s Ministries will be attending the event, too.

Can we bring children to this event?
Please arrange for childcare for younger children so that you can enjoy Christmas dinner with friends. Girls 13 and older are invited to attend with you.

Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable. If you are not able to make it to the dinner, you can sell or give your ticket to another person, but email women@calvarysouthoc.com so that we can change the ticket name on our list. Email us to find out about a waiting list.

Can we purchase tickets in person?
Tickets are available for purchase online only.

Will I be able to sit with my group of friends?
Yes! When you pick up your tickets, tell us who you are attending the dinner with and we will try our best to seat you at a table together.

Will there be a waiting list if the events are sold out?
Yes! If you weren’t able to purchase a ticket, don’t worry! We’ve been able to accommodate most women on the waiting list every year. Add your name to the WAITING LIST.
