Women’s Christmas Dinner 2024

Hi ladies!

We are so excited to invite you to our Annual Women’s Christmas Dinner this year! Enjoy a night celebrating the birth of Jesus with us! We’ll have an elegant dinner served by the men in our church, worship with the Calvary Worship Team and Pastor John, and hear a Christmas message to prepare our hearts for the season. This celebration is always a wonderful way to start the Christmas season and to remind us that Jesus is the reason for the season.

CHRISTMAS DINNER DATES:
Choose the evening that you will attend.
Thursday, December 5 at 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Friday, December 6 at 6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

COST: $50 per person. Must be 13 years and older to attend.

LOCATION: Calvary South OC, 1311 Calle Batido, San Clemente

DINNER:
Enjoy a 3-course dinner with salad and bread roll, a main entree (chicken, beef or vegan), and dessert. If you are vegetarian or have a dairy and gluten allergy, select the vegan entree. Coffee, tea and water will be served.

TICKET SALES:
In person at women’s Bible study:
Thursday night, November 7 at 5:00 pm (closed during Bible study 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm)
Friday morning, November 8 at 8:30 am (closed during Bible study 9:30am - 12 pm)

In person at Sunday morning services:
Sunday morning, November 10 (8:00 am - 1:00 pm)

Online registration opens on calvarywomen.net:
Sunday night, November 10 at 6:00 pm

We are hosting 2 dinners this year with over 500 women each night, and we expect to sell out. Pray about your plans for dinner, including who you are inviting to join you.

HOW TO BUY A TICKET:
When: In person at women’s Bible study on November 7 and 8.
Online: Sunday, November 10 at 6:00 pm

To sit at the same table with your guests and friends, be sure to buy tickets in one transaction, $50 per person (up to 9 persons).

If you want a full table, purchase 9 tickets in one transaction, $450 a table, non-refundable.

You will receive an email confirmation when you have purchased a ticket. If you don’t receive an email, contact us at women@calvarysouthoc.com.

We will email you when your ticket is ready for pick-up at church.

TIPS FOR BUYING YOUR TICKET
1. Determine if you are coming Thursday or Friday night.
2. Confirm your guests and the quantity of tickets you need to purchase. Refunds are not available when you purchase a full table of 9 ($450).
3. Select the vegan entree if you have a dairy and/or gluten allergy.

CHECK IN AT EVENT
Doors for our banquet room (sanctuary) open at 5:30 pm on the night of your dinner. Please have your ticket ready. The dinner event begins at 6:00 pm. Every guest must have a ticket to enter. Your table number will be listed on your ticket.

FAQs

No, we are sorry. Our volunteers and staff will be attending or serving at the event, too. Please leave children with a trusted caregiver.
Girls 13 years and older are invited to attend. Please arrange for childcare for babies and younger children so that you can enjoy Christmas dinner with friends.
Full table purchases are non-refundable. Individual tickets are non-refundable after December 1, 2024. However, please contact us and we can help you sell or donate your ticket! If you are no longer able to make it to the dinner, you can sell or give your ticket to another person, BUT EMAIL US at women@calvarysouthoc.com so that we can update the ticket name on our list. We also have a waiting list, so email us and we can contact someone to purchase your ticket.
Yes! To guarantee that you will sit with friends, purchase tickets in one transaction. Each table seats 9 people. If you purchase tickets separately, we cannot guarantee that you will sit at a table together but we will try our best if there is room at the table. Plan ahead to buy your tickets in one transaction.
Yes! If you weren’t able to buy a ticket, don’t worry! We’ve been able to accommodate almost all women on the waiting list every year. Contact women@calvarysouthoc.com if you want to be added to the waiting list.
The main entrees will be gluten-free. The salad may contain dairy and nuts. Dessert may contain dairy and gluten. If you require a gluten-free and dairy-free dinner, please select the VEGAN option. We can’t guarantee an allergen-free dinner as this catered dinner will be prepared for over 500 women each evening. Customizations and changes at dinner cannot be accomodated. Thank you for understanding.
